Desktop license
A Hum purchase grants the buyer a personal, nontransferable license to install and use Hum on up to three Windows devices they own or control. The license does not transfer ownership of the app, source code, brand, or other intellectual property.
Reasonable use
You may use Hum for personal listening and in your own streams or recorded content. You may not resell the installer, share a purchase download publicly, remove product ownership notices, or present Hum as your own software.
Third party services
Hum depends on Windows playback information and outside data providers for some lyrics, artwork, biographies, photos, and tour listings. Those services can change or become unavailable. SYVR Studios cannot promise that every song, player, or outside service will work forever.
Updates
The purchase includes updates released for Hum 1.x. A future major release may be offered as a separate purchase. The Hum 1.x license will not become a recurring subscription.
Purchase delivery
Polar is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, receipts, and refunds. The purchase email links to the Polar customer portal, where the buyer can retrieve the receipt, license key, signed Windows installer, and activation controls.
Refunds and support
Buyers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For a refund, purchase question, or technical problem, visit Hum Support or email info@syvr.dev.
Trademarks
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Pandora, VLC, OBS, and other product names belong to their respective owners. Hum is an independent product and is not endorsed by those services.
